Peter Foster
Peter is a well known and popular training and development professional. From an electrical, telecommunications engineering and computer industry background, he has been involved in training and development consultancy roles since 1987, and managed many training and development projects in this time.
In the start-up of three training companies, Peter held the position of director and principal, where he drew on extensive project management experience. Peter has held five management and leadership roles, and worked in many client organisations at an operational management level, in many cases, project managing development and implementation of organisational development and training projects.
Peter has a passion for people, firm beliefs in the importance of values and integrity in all dimensions of life, and enjoy developing individuals, teams and organisations.
Peter is a generalist trainer / coach, and over the last 25 years has worked in the areas of management and leadership, project management, personal productivity and effectiveness, interpersonal relationships, communications, sales, customer service, business accounting, negotiation and attitudinal development.
Peter has developed and conducted training and development programmes at all levels in most business sectors.
As an accredited PRINCE2 Trainer, Peter has facilitated PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training for public scheduled course audiences and in-house groups in wide ranging business sectors. Peter has delivered PRINCE2 accredited training to around 2,000 people in five countries in five years, achieving excellent results on all assignments.
